Fourteen seminarians, clergy and lay students graduated from Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology on May 6. Dr. Mary Meehan, president of Alverno College and Chair of SHSST’s Board of Directors, gave the commencement address. The Very Rev. Edward Kilianski, SCJ, provincial superior of the Priests of the Sacred Heart in the United States, presided at vespers.

Jean Robert Bigirimana, master of arts, from the Archdiocese of Bujumbura, Burundi.
Also graduating (not pictured) were: Jeffrey Christiaansen; Fr. Lam Duc Tran, from the Diocese of Hung Hoa in Hanoi, Vietnam; and Fr. Arturo Ysmael, SDS, of the Society of the Divine Savior, all of whom received their master of arts degrees.
